  • I already receive service from another provider. Can I switch to you?

    Absolutely, you can switch to Cintex and receive your FREE device and FREE unlimited monthly service as a new customer.
  • How long will it take to receive approval?

    Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that the proof documents need to be reconfirmed. You can always check the status of your application by logging into your account. Once you receive approval you will also receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number for your order.
  • What states do you offer service in?

  • How is the FCC involved?

    As part of the U.S. government's COVID-19 Relief efforts, approved companies can offer the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program which is operated by the FCC. Qualifying customers will receive Unlimited Data for the duration of this program, which is a non-transferrable discount program limited to one per household.

  • What smartphone devices do you offer?

  • Do I need to pay a registration fee?

    Absolutely not! As Cintex Wireless offers Government Assistance to qualifying customers, there are no hidden fees and no contracts.
  • Can I bring my own phone?

    Absolutely! At Cintex, we want our customers to have the freedom to bring their own phone they know and love to our nationwide network.
  • How do I qualify?

    You can qualify for the EBB program through participation in the same government programs as Lifeline such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Survivors Pension Benefits Fund and more. Additionally, you may be eligible if your household income is at or below 135% of the federal poverty level, or if you are currently unemployed . You must opt-in to participate in this program.

  • How is the Universal Adminstrative Company (USAC) involved with the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program?

    The FCC engaged the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) to implement the EBB Program, using the framework of the Lifeline program, an existing FCC program to help provide affordable voice and broadband service to low-income consumers. The EBB Program will leverage Lifeline systems like the Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier, and the National Lifeline Accountability Database for subscriber eligibility, and enrollment.
